QUALITY CONTROL

Our staff is our greatest asset, and we invest heavily in training our cleaning agents in hygiene, safety and compliance with working conditions. All our employees working in the pharmaceutical sector receive regular training in the standards applicable to the pharmaceutical industry. Our cleaning teams write cleaning reports to facilitate internal communication and constantly improve the quality of our services. Similarly, all our employees must have a clean criminal record in order to join our team. When working at our clients' premises, our employees must wear a photo ID badge on their work uniform to facilitate the monitoring of people moving around the premises.

Their role is to listen to your needs, answer your questions, draw up specifications with you and then offer you our services, focusing on the best value for money. Your representative will ensure that the work entrusted to the cleaning staff, who will have been carefully selected according to the specific requirements of the specifications, is carried out properly.
